Man, woman found dead in apparent murder-suicide inside downtown Houston apartment

HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a man and woman were both found dead inside of an apartment Thursday morning, according to the Houston Police Department.

The discovery was made at 10:40 a.m. at the apartment complex, located at 1810 Main St.

Investigators said the two died from an apparent murder-suicide. The woman was reportedly stabbed to death and the man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Their identities have not been released or how the two knew each other.
