Prepare for more severe weather in Houston this Tuesday, as a flood watch has been issued for parts of Southeast Texas. Keep those umbrellas handy as the rain pattern continues this week. A tornado watch is in effect for several counties, including Austin, Brazos, and Harris, until 4:00 PM.
