PASADENA, Texas – A bicyclist was rushed to the hospital Wednesday morning after investigators said he was hit by a truck, causing a temporary street closure in Pasadena.

Details are limited, as it’s an active scene, but the Pasadena Police Department said they shut down the intersection of W. Harris Avenue and Richey Street.
This is all because officials said an unidentified cyclist was hit by a pickup truck in the area. It’s unclear how the crash transpired or what factors came into play.
The cyclist was taken to a hospital via helicopter after suffering a head injury, but no additional information has been shared, as of this writing.
