Details are limited, but it happened just before 4 a.m. when police reported a multi-vehicle crash with an 18-wheeler hauling beer on the North Freeway toward Little York.
Investigators said at least one car suffered serious damage, and another vehicle was a METRO Lift, which may have had a passenger inside when the crash occurred.
We’re told only one person was hospitalized, but the freeway was completely shut down as the big rig took up at least two lanes.
