The suspects are described only as two Hispanic males, possibly in their 20s. The identity of the victim, 39, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Officials with HPD Homicide Division reported that officers responded to a shooting call and found an adult male lying in the roadway, just outside of his vehicle. The man appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses stated there was a verbal altercation between the victim and the suspects moments before the shooting, which stemmed from a road rage incident.

The suspects fled in the Volkswagen hatchback, heading westbound on Park Row Boulevard.

Anyone with information on the vehicle or the identity of the suspects is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or speak anonymously with Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
