MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Two children were rescued and two arrests were made after a joint investigation into child exploitation at a Montgomery County home, according to the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office.
Justin Guill, 34, was arrested and charged with five counts of possession with intent to promote child pornography.

The children’s mother, identified as Lisa Ann Frias, was arrested at the scene by the Onalaska Police Department. Frias has been charged with two counts of endangering a child and is currently being held in the Polk County Jail.
The discovery was made on Wednesday, April 9, in Onalaska, Texas, following an extensive investigation led by a sergeant investigator assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
During the execution of a search warrant at the residence, investigators seized multiple electronic devices suspected of containing child sexual abuse material.
Officials said two minor children were found at the residence and were immediately placed into protective custody by Child Protective Services.
Guill is currently being held on a $1,000,000 bond.
In addition to the charges filed in Montgomery County, the investigator will be filing additional charges in Polk County against Guill for super aggravated sexual assault of a child, based on further evidence uncovered during the investigation.
The arrest operation was conducted with the assistance of the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the Onalaska Police Department.
