Man accused of using Uber to transport cocaine through Harris County

SPRING, Texas – A man was detained after being accused of using an Uber to transport cocaine through the Houston area, according to deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

On Wednesday, deputies responded to the 23500 block of Montague Drive in Spring about a disturbance.

The suspect, Bunsi Amin, was detained after it was revealed he used an Uber Driver to transport cocaine to another location.

Amin reportedly admitted to sending the package of 3.76 grams of cocaine with the Uber Driver.

He was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Amin has been charged with possession with intent to deliver.

His bond and court information have not been set at this time.
