HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a body was found in a neighborhood’s lake in northwest Harris County, according to deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
The body was discovered in the 7200 block of Avalon Bluff Drive in the Lakes of Avalon Village subdivision.

Deputies recovered the body and EMS pronounced the man dead.
The man’s identity has not been released. The cause of death is being investigated.
