On Monday, deputies responded to a distressed call from a family driving northbound on Highway 59, near Porter, saying that a driver of a black Dodge truck was driving aggressive and threatening them.

According to the victims, Haley was yelling and cursing at them, causing the family— a father, mother, and young child—to fear for their lives. When the father responded to the suspect, the man reportedly pulled out a pistol and ordered them to pull over. Fearing for their lives, the family slowed down and distanced themselves from the black Dodge truck.

One of the family members managed to record some of the incident on a cell phone, capturing not only Haley’s actions but also how he look, his vehicle, and the license plate number.
