LIVE RADAR: Storms threaten Houston with tornadoes, flooding risks

HOUSTON – Strong storms are rolling through parts of Southeast Texas, with a Tornado Watch in effect until 4 p.m. and a Flood Watch lasting into early Wednesday.

Areas north and east of Houston are especially flood-prone after last week’s rain. More scattered storms and heavy downpours are expected through tomorrow.
