Tracking more storms in Houston Thursday

The timing will be a lot different

HOUSTON – Showers and thunderstorms are possible Thursday night with some isolated showers falling during the day.

The key to tomorrow night’s forecast are the storms in north Texas Thursday afternoon. If they steer toward us at 3pm they’ll be here at night. If they start moving east tomorrow afternoon they’ll miss us and we’ll be dry Thursday night. Here’s what the storms will look like if they hit us.

The LPGA Chevron Championship is being played at the Woodlands starting Thursday and lasting through Sunday. There may be a slight delay tomorrow or Friday but nothing major. This weekend is dry with temperatures near 90° and humid.
