Thursday’s weather
HOUSTON – We’re seeing a change in the wind, starting to pull in from the south so expect it to become more humid and increasingly warmer as we head into the back half of the work week.
As part of the changing weather pattern, expect a return of some humidity starting Thursday. Morning fog might creep in as winds shift to bring in a more humid afternoon.
What to expect for Easter weekend
As we look towards Easter weekend, rain chances increase to about 30-40%, with intermittent showers and a few thunderstorms likely.
While Saturday may bring some isolated showers, the forecast suggests more widespread rain on Sunday. It might be wise to have an umbrella handy for Easter Sunday plans. We’re not expecting a washout but some backup plans for inside might be a good idea.
Looking ahead: 10-day forecast
Keep an eye on the week ahead with temperatures gradually warming up again. Midweek will see temperatures in the mid-80s, with a chance of mugginess by Thursday. A stronger front could potentially stall, bringing a blend of rain showers and cooler temps heading into next week.
