Houston’s humidity on the rise with wind direction to blame

Any refreshing air left will be replaced with moisture, all due to wind direction. A breezy and steady southerly flow is transporting Gulf moisture into SE Texas.

Southerly and southeasterly winds help increase dew points

Bringing dew points from the low 60s to the upper 60s, making it feel much more soupy outside. Combine the high humidity with above-average temperatures, and you’ll want to ensure you stay hydrated as we transition from spring to more summer-like conditions.
