Thursday’s Forecast:
A warm-up kicks in Thursday!
Morning temperatures no longer in the 40s but closer to 60 degrees. The afternoon highs reach the upper 80s which is above average for this time of year.
Ozone pollution remains high Thursday - limit time outdoors if you suffer from respiratory illness.
A slight change occurs late in the week as a cold front approaches. We’re not expecting any rain from it, although it will bring in more humidity from the Gulf so expect temps to feel a little stickier by the end of the week.
Southeast Texas taps into Gulf moisture as winds turn southeasterly ahead of a cold front, increasing dew points briefly.
Don’t worry - although the humidity increases, it won’t be off the charts... until next week.
