HOUSTON – As a cold front sinks further to the SE Texas coastline, most of the activity has slowed down for Houston proper.

Areas to our north and west have seen a second line starting to move in.

This includes portions of northwest Harris County, southwestern Montgomery County, the northeast corner of Waller County.

A few storms have formed over Colorado County as well, moving into Columbus and along SH-90.

These storms are quickly moving to the east. Frequent lightning and heavy rain are expected with this line of storms.
