Tonight’s Forecast:

HOUSTON – Now that the sun has set, we’re in for a chilly evening here in Houston. We’ll start to see those gusty winds take a back seat as well as we go through the evening hours. The cold front yesterday also brought in much drier air.

With the combination of clear skies, very low humidity, and low winds, waking up Thursday morning will be a chilly one! You’ll need that jacket with you as you head out for work or Thursday morning errands as temperatures will struggle to stay in the low 40s as the sun starts to rise.

One thing the early birds may notice, is the International Space Station will be flying over Houston Thursday morning!

The ISS will be visible from 5:55 am to 6:02 am and will look like a bright star moving in the sky.

Thursday’s Forecast:

Thursday afternoon brings in near average temperatures - with highs in the lower 70s. As the high-pressure system continues pushing south and east, southerly flow kicks back in bringing our humidity up as well as increasing our cloud cover.

Seasonable weather is expected for Thursday, before a big warm up to close out the work week. Our next chance of showers and storms comes in on Saturday ahead of another cold front, that will drop us down to the 60s and 70s as Spring Break kicks off for HISD/FBISD students.
