As soon as you step outside, you probably noticed the massive temperature drop thanks Saturday night’s cold-front.

Sunday’s high will be in the 50s but as you wake up Monday morning - our lows will be in the 30s, again! So make sure to wear a coat and dress in layers because it’s going to be chilly. Plus, we’re tracking gusty conditions, so it will feel even colder Monday morning.
Get ready for Monday’s morning’s low right now, because it will be cold again. We’re tracking not only colder temperatures, but the gusty winds will make it even colder.
Thankfully, a lot of kiddos have the day off from school - but with the colder temperatures - you might want to plan indoor activities. The good news? If you’re not a fan of the colder mornings - a slight warm up in temperatures on Tuesday and Wednesday. But enjoy it while it last, because colder temperatures are headed our way after.
Big cool-down:
We’re tracking an artic blast of cold air into SE Texas dropping down our morning lows to the freezing mark. Lows for both mornings will be below or near freezing, and daytime highs struggle to get near the 50s. BRR!
If you put cold sensitive plants out when we had the string of false spring 80° temperatures, you may want to either bring them inside or cover them.
Winter just does not want to let us go.
