Damp morning with a cloudy afternoon.

Don’t put the Umbrellas Away:

The late week will stay mild, generally in the 60s and even touching 70 mid-week. The tradeoff is that we’ll see multiple chances for rain as an upper-level low moves into the southern plains. There is a chance we could see heavy downpours again late week.

An upper level low will bring the threat for showers and thunderstorms late week.

SE Texas rainfall totals could reach 1 - 2 inches with some locally higher spots.

SE Texas could pick an additional 2 inches of rain most of it falling during the late week.

10 Day Forecast:

February 1st brings a break from showers and storms with temperatures staying mild.

A mild and soggy end to January.
