Tonight’s Forecast:
We have rain chances lingering through the evening with temperatures struggling to cool. Temperatures will mainly be in the 60s.
Thursday’s Forecast:
Thursday rain chances will drop off but clouds will stick around. Temperatures will be in the lower-to-mid 60s through the day.
Weekend Forecast:
Friday will be cool, cloudy and wet with temperatures in the mid-50s in the afternoon. Scattered showers will be possible, mainly in the late afternoon and evening.
All of SE Texas has a flood threat for Saturday. If you have outdoor plans I’d definitely make sure you have an indoor option available, although we are not forecasting a washout.
Sunday will bring a slightly higher flood threat, mainly for areas to our east. Street flooding will be the greatest threat.
Over the next 5 days SE Texas could see 2 - 4 inches of rain. The heaviest of the rain near the coast and east of Houston.

It does look like a strong cold front will move through late next Monday into Tuesday. This cold front will finally clear out the rain and lower our temperatures significantly.
