A Grimes County judge has ruled that George Coulam, owner of the Texas Renaissance Festival, must sell the festival property following a failed $60 million deal. The legal conflict began in April 2023 when a group of buyers agreed to purchase the land, but court documents allege Coulam didn't follow through.
