Man Shot by Deputies in Cypress Woods Parking Lot: Investigation Underway

A man is dead following a shooting involving two Harris County Sheriff deputies in a parking lot on Cypress Woods Medical Dr. and FM 1960. The incident occurred after the man, initially found sleeping in his car, failed to comply with deputies' orders and pulled out a weapon. KPRC 2's T.J.
