Montrose residents protest construction project impacting pedestrians, cyclists

Demonstrators said the project affects Montrose Boulevard from Allen Parkway to West Clay Street, scaling back protections for cyclists and pedestrians with widened travel lanes and only four-foot wide sidewalks.
