Florida sheriff warns spring breakers: Keep it safe or face consequences

Counties across Florida are bracing for an influx of spring break tourists, with one sheriff’s office taking a firm stance. Volusia County’s sheriff is warning young spring breakers to stay out if they’re planning to cause trouble, after making 52 arrests and issuing 200 citations last year.
