For these first responders being a hero is all in a day's work

Every year millions of people visit the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. To celebrate the diversity of our community in Houston and across Texas as a whole, Rodeo Houston has special days. First Responders Day presented by bp America is a day to celebrate those whose job it is to be a hero. The First Responders Day Ceremony honored 18 individual and four groups of first responders. Houston Life’s Melanie Camp takes us to the Ceremony where the stories of one heroic deed after another sound more like scenes from a movie.
