Residents of Woodland Heights organized a community effort to locate a man accused of groping a 7-year-old girl as she walked home from school.

A man in NW Harris County was hospitalized after allegedly being shot by his son, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

A suspect wanted for five felony warrants was taken into custody after he barricaded himself inside a southwest Houston home for hours on Wednesday, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
