A rollover crash has shut down the northbound lanes of the Hardy Toll Road near Rankin Road.

Charges have been filed after a police chase ends in a crash that killed an innocent driver in Humble Wednesday evening.

A deadly crash that occurred early Thursday morning on I-69 Eastex Fwy at Rankin Rd. caused complete roadway closures for several hours.

A 43-year-old man has been arrested for driving while intoxicated after fatally striking two men and injuring a woman while they were walking on a roadway in north Harris County Friday, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said.

HOUSTON – Two people were killed, and two children and a man were injured Friday morning after a five-car accident on Interstate 45 North Freeway. The accident happened around 1:30 a.m. on the North Freeway at Rankin Road in north Houston, authorities said. Deputies initially thought the driver of the Mazda was a woman, but later clarified to say the driver was a man. They were properly restrained and only suffered minor injuries, deputies said. Both children were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, authorities said.
