Investigators said they spotted a stolen car and tried to turn the driver over, but he decided to speed off before losing control and crashing into a tree. The vehicle then caught fire, killing the driver.

Investigators say several law enforcement agencies were assisting in a chase with a stolen truck, hauling a boat with the driver going between 90-120 miles per hour.
