Officers from Harris County Precinct 3 are searching for two unknown suspects involved in the shooting of a teenage girl at a house party in North Harris County on Monday night.

Houston Police said a woman was attacked and killed by three dogs on Sunday. Harris County Animal Control said the dogs were three pit bulls.

HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a burned body was found outside a warehouse Saturday morning in northeast Houston, police said. The discovery was made at 6:27 a.m. in the 4800 block of Moore Street. Houston firefighters went out to the location to put out a trash fire and found the man’s body in the dumpster, Houston police said. The medical examiner has to determine whether the victim died of gunshot wounds or from the fire, police said. The scene is under investigation.

HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating after a juvenile was left injured in a shooting in southeast Houston Monday evening, according to HPD. The shooting was reported around 6:49 p.m. in the 12000 block of Martin Luther King at Park Houston Apartments. The juvenile was alert and talking while being taken to a nearby hospital. No arrests have been reported. The cause of the shooting is unknown.

HOUSTON – A suspect was killed Tuesday in an officer-involved shooting in northeast Houston, according to the Houston Police Department. HPD Chief Art Acevedo said there were reports of the man trying to jump in front of vehicles. Police said about two minutes later, the officer alerted that shots had been fired after the suspect refused to comply. Acevedo said when the suspect tried to charge at the officers again, officers discharged additional rounds, striking the man. Officer’s body cam will be reviewed as internal affairs investigate the officer-involved shooting, Acevedo said.

HOUSTON – Houston police were involved in a chase Thursday afternoon in northeast Houston, officials said. The chase ended in a northeast Houston neighborhood. The cause of the chase is unknown. This is a developing story.

HOUSTON – Thursday Update: A pet owner whose SUV was stolen with her two dogs in it was reunited with both the car and her pups Thursday. Margaret Gonzalez said the vehicle was found wrecked at an apartment complex and someone found the dogs nearby and had been caring for them. Peanut and RJ were reunited with Gonzalez Thursday and she shared the video with KPRC 2. A short time later another person leaves the vehicle and makes the block before coming back to steal Gonzalez’ SUV. Gonzales said while she wants to find her SUV more than anything all she wants is her dogs back.

HOUSTON – Houston police say a 10-month-old baby girl was found safe after the truck she was in was stolen from a gas station in northeast Houston Friday morning. Car theft caught on cameraSurveillance footage from the gas station shows a dark SUV pull up behind the pickup truck that was parked at a pump. A man in a blue hoodie got out of the SUV and walked casually around the pickup truck, peeking inside the windows. At that moment a woman can be seen running toward the pickup truck, trying to stop him. The suspect in the pickup truck and the SUV are seen speeding away and the woman stops another pickup truck, gets in and appear to follow the suspect.
