Several grocery stores in the Greater Houston area, including H-E-B, Mi Tienda, Central Market, and Joe V’s Smart Shop, are temporarily adjusting their hours due to an impending winter storm.

H-E-B is giving out reusable bags on Friday for Earth Day.

Easter is Sunday, April 4.

New H-E-B in KerrvilleHOUSTON – With the winter storm events throughout Texas, H-E-B will temporarily reduce our store hours of operation at all H-E-B, Joe V’s Smart Shop, Mi Tienda and Central Market stores across the Greater Houston, the company announced Monday night. Here is the modified schedule:H-E-B – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.Joe V’s Smart Shop – Wednesday as early as 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.Mi Tienda – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.Central Market – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.Friday: TBD
