HCSO: Driver ejected, killed in northeast Houston crash
HOUSTON – A driver is dead after being ejected from a vehicle on Mesa Drive early Saturday, Harris County Sheriff’s deputies said. The victim was driving northbound in the 2100 block of Mesa Drive at about 1:05 a.m. He failed to maintain a single lane and negotiate a curve in the roadway, deputies said. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division.

Man transported via Life Flight after incident involving potential relative in Katy, deputies say
KATY, Texas – Harris County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating in the Katy area after a man was seriously injured by someone who they believe is his relative. Deputies said the incident happened in the 6700 block of Albion Crescent Drive. According to investigators, an older, injured adult was transported via LifeFlight following the incident. Deputies said a man is detained.

Man, woman dead in possible murder-suicide in northeast Houston, sheriff says
HOUSTON – Harris County Sheriff’s deputies and the Houston Police Department are investigating after a man and a woman were found dead in a possible murder-suicide in northeast Houston, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. At 2:56 p.m. Monday, Gonzalez tweeted that deputies were en route to the 14400 block of Wildwood Springs Lane where the man and woman were pronounced dead. @HCSOTexas Investigators are enroute to a possible murder-suicide at the 14400 block of Wildwood Springs Ln in NE Harris County. Two adults, a male and female, have been pronounced deceased at the scene. As of 4:30 p.m., law enforcement officials were waiting for the medical examiner’s office to arrive as investigations continue.

Woman dies in drive-by shooting while inside home in NW Harris County, deputies say
HOUSTON – Harris County Sheriff’s deputies said they are investigating a shooting that left a woman dead in a home in northwest Harris County. Deputies said the shooting happened in the 11220 block of Timber Crest around 11:10 p.m. Dozens of shell casings from a 9mm, shotgun and carbine were found from the street to the front yard, investigators said. Deputies said a motorcycle that appeared to have been ditched was located in the street outside of the residence. A shotgun was found in the grass near the motorcycle, deputies said.
