A hit-and-run incident in west Harris County led to the death of a man and serious injuries to a woman named Keturah Palmer. The driver, Yusdenis Llano, was apprehended after the SUV struck the pedestrians on Addicks Satsuma Road around 2 a.m. and fled the scene.
