HOUSTON – Retired Texans standout tight end Owen Daniels will announce the defending AFC South champions’ Day 2 draft picks.
The Texans currently hold three draft picks in the top 100 selections, including the 25th overall pick of the first round, the 58th overall pick of the second round and a pair of third-round selections: 79th overall in a trade from the Miami Dolphins and 89th overall.

A two-time Pro Bowl selection who also played for the Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos, Daniels, 42, won a Super Bowl ring in Denver playing for former Texans coach Gary Kubiak.
Daniels is a former Texans fourth-round selection from Wisconsin.
A former all-rookie selection, Daniels caught 479 passes for his career for 5,661 yards and 36 touchdowns. His final season was in 2016.
