Although the restaurant hosted its first burlesque dinner on Nov. 11, the excitement from Houstonians has them adding more dates to their lineup.

The evening included three dinner seatings for $59.95 per person—a culinary experience featuring specialty dishes with a tequila flair, accompanied by a burlesque performance.

The four-course gourmet meal includes:

ACT I: BLANCO Teremana v Trulusso, Chopped Salad — arugula, romaine, onion, golden raisins, chickpeas, avocado, and balsamic dressing.

ACT II: REPOSADO Tequila Ocho v Don Fulano, Sol Dorado — Seared prawn crowned with bright mango salsa and a golden saffron aioli.

ACT III: ANEJO Don Julio 1942 v Casa Dragones, Azul Y Verde Prime — Prime New York strip, sliced and served with blue corn tortillas with cilantro, lime, pickled onion, refried black beans, and a lively green salsa.

FINALE: CRISTALINO Don Julio 70 v Volteo, Noche De Cristal — Cristalino-infused horchata cream layered with espresso-soaked sponge and cacao, a luminous twist on the classic tiramisu.
