Northbound lanes reopen on Southwest Freeway at Weslayan Street following 3-vehicle crash

HOUSTON – The main northbound lanes on the Southwest Freeway at Weslayan Street have reopened after a three-vehicle crash, according to Houston TranStar.

The multi-vehicle crash was reported at 4:39 p.m.

Houston TranStar cameras showed emergency crews at the scene and one lane open for traffic to squeeze through.

Lanes were reopened and the wreckage was cleared at 5:24 p.m.

The cause of the crash is unknown or the extent or injuries.
