In early September, according to the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division, the pedicab drivers had just dropped off three unidentified men from the 2000 block of Rusk Street. One of the pedicab drivers said she told the men how much was owed, and an argument began over the price when another driver tried intervening.
Police said one of the men started punching the pedicab drivers several times before fleeing in an unknown direction.
HPD said there are two attackers sought after, both described as men in their mid-30s, but only one was caught on cell phone video.
No additional details were shared by police, as of this writing.
