HOUSTON – A man who is accused of killing one person and injuring five others in an overnight shooting outside a Liberty County bar is still on the run, according to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect by releasing photos.

The shooting was reported at 2:30 a.m. Sunday at Alas Locos bar, located at County Road 5018.

Officials are describing the shooting as a drive-by. One person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two people were reportedly flown to Houston hospitals in critical condition, and three others were transported by ground to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Investigators said the suspect was in bar drinking beer at least 30 minutes before shooting.

It was not disclosed what led up to the shooting.
