HOUSTON – Houston police have released surveillance video of two wanted suspects tied to the fatal shooting of a man at an apartment complex in northwest Houston in July.
The victim is identified as Angel Chavira, 35.

The shooting happened at 4603 Sherwood Lane about 10:50 p.m. on July 5.
The released surveillance video shows the suspects, described as two Hispanic males, one wearing a gray T-shirt and glasses and the second wearing a Barcelona T-shirt.
What happened
HPD officers responded to a report of a shooting at the apartment complex and learned that Chavira had been taken to the hospital via a private vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Further investigation revealed Chavira was sitting outside his apartment with friends when he was approached by the two suspects.
Police said one of the suspects shot Chavira multiple times and both suspects then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
