Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joins Gov. Greg Abbott as he signs MAHA legislation at Texas Capitol

AUSTIN – Gov. Greg Abbott ceremonially signed Texas’ Make America Healthy Again legislation Wednesday afternoon at the Texas Capitol in Austin.

Abbott was joined by U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, Speaker Dustin Burrows, Sen. Bryan Hughes, Sen. Lois Kolkhorst, Sen. Mayes Middleton, Rep. Stan Gerdes, Rep. Caroline Harris-Davila, Rep. Lacey Hull, and additional members of the Texas Senate and House of Representatives.
