Multi-vehicle crash involving heavy truck closes several lanes on Katy Freeway at Mason Road

KATY – Several lanes were closed on the Katy Freeway at Mason Road following a multi-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon.

The crash, reported at 4:23 p.m., involved four vehicles, including a heavy truck.

The left shoulder, right shoulder, right lane and three centers are closed as crews work to clear the scene.

The cause of the crash is unknown.
