What happened

Police said 77-year-old Ortiz was riding his bike to work on the nearby bike trail when they believe Sheehan came out from behind a fence and stabbed him.

Despite his injuries, he managed to ride his bike to his job just down the street and told his coworkers what happened. They immediately called 911.
