‘You wanna get killed?’ Woman bumps into car at red light, pulls a gun and threatens the man she hit

HOUSTON – A minor fender bender in the Galleria turned into a violent road rage situation in a matter of seconds.

During the evening rush hour commute in the heart of Houston’s busiest shopping area, a woman driving a black Porsche SUV lightly bumped into the car in front of her while waiting at a red light at the intersection of Westheimer Road and Post Oak Boulevard.

Instead of grabbing her insurance paperwork, she grabbed a gun, threatening the man who she had just bumped into.

“You’re gonna be s******* me, bro‚” said the victim in this crime.

He didn’t want to share his name or show his face on TV, as the suspect is still out on the streets of Houston.

The victim was waiting at the intersection, one of the busiest in the Galleria, when he felt a little nudge from behind.

His dashcam recorded the woman rolling forward, seemingly letting off the brake. It also recorded what happened next.

“I just pulled on my window and then pointed out of the window to put for them to pull on the right side‚” the victim told KPRC 2’s Gage Goulding. “And before I even get my words out, I saw a gun pointing at me.”

“You wanna get killed or what,” the suspect said while allegedly pointing a gun at the victim. “You wanna get killed? F****** drive, b****.”

He sped away after he froze for a few seconds.

When he watched the footage on his dash camera, which faces both forward and out the rear of his car, he saw the woman pull the gun out and flash it a few times before she even pulled to the side of his car.

Victim: “She was basically having her gun and she started waving it around right in front of the windshield.”

Gage Goulding: “Instead of grabbing her insurance paper, she’s grabbing a gun?”

Victim: “Yeah.”

What she’s grabbing now is another court case.

Houston Police tell KPRC 2 that the woman showing off her pistol is 33-year-old Kristal Marie Garcia.

She has a lengthy criminal past, including charges of aggravated assault of a family member. Most of her charges have been disposed or dismissed, court records show.

Detectives have just charged her with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in this case and she now has a warrant for her arrest.

“People shouldn’t act very violently and people definitely should get a dash cam like me because anything could happen these days,” the victim said.
