HUMBLE, Texas – Shoppers were forced to leave Deerbrook Mall after a reported bomb threat Sunday afternoon.

Details are limited because authorities are in the early stages of the investigation. However, based on preliminary details shared by the Humble Police Department, a man walked into a Barnes & Noble bookstore around 4 p.m. claiming to have a bomb.
That same man then walked into Deerbrook Mall.
Officials said they were able to clear the mall, and K9 units and the Humble PD are investigating, but no additional details have been shared, as of this writing.
