Body found at Lake Conroe after search near FM 1097 bridge

After several hours of searching near the FM 1097 bridge, Montgomery County officials confirmed that a body was recovered from Lake Conroe.

Authorities have confirmed that the body recovered was that of the missing individual and it has been determined that no foul play is suspected.

The Montgomery County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office deployed several units, including the Pct. 1 Lake Units, the Constable Dive Team, and both Conroe Fire Boat 6 and Fire Boat 94. Texas Parks and Wildlife is also assisting in the search.
