Rosemary Singer was reported missing shortly after her mother, Maria Romeros Ramos, was discovered dead. Ramos’ ex-husband and Rosemary’s father, Ronald Singer, was taken into custody and charged in Ramos’ death, according to the Carrollton Police Department. The family in New Caney almost gave up until a rescue group found her in Sugar land. A volunteer from another organization named, ‘Lost Dogs of Texas’ stepped in and used a special database to find Maddie’s owner. His mother Pinkie Powell said he often shuts down and refuses to talk. A Good Samaritan found him at a bus stop near Dallas, saw his dog tags, called his mother and told her Powell refused to talk. UPDATE: Coast Guard suspends search for missing man and woman near Seabrook after bodies matching description found
SEABROOK, Texas – The Coast Guard rescued a 13-year-old girl but ended its search for two other people in the water near Seabrook Wednesday afternoon after two bodies were discovered that matched the description of the missing boaters, officials announced. The Coast Guard said a boat crew arrived on-scene and rescued a 13-year-old girl who told them two other people were still missing. According to the Coast Guard, the missing boaters were a man in his early 60′s and a woman in her early 30′s. Officials said at about 8:27 a.m. Wednesday, a search crew found a body that matched the description of the missing man in this 60s. At about 3 p.m., officials found another body that matched the description of the missing woman in her 30s.

HOUSTON – Members of Texas Equusearch recovered the body of a 20-year-old Crosby firefighter Tuesday morning after he was thrown from his Jeep into Galveston Bay Sunday night, officials said. Around 8 p.m. Sunday, Kent Zavala and his dog were thrown into the water after a three-vehicle collision on Galveston’s I-45 Causeway resulted in his Jeep flipping over. Both Zavala and the dog were thrown off the Causeway, into the waters of Galveston Bay below. HOUSTON – A boy who went missing in the Sunnyside area Thursday morning has been found safe. According to Houston police, 9-year-old Romello Carter went missing about 10 a.m. from his home in the 8100 block of Bowen Street, which is near the intersection of Scott and Hondo streets. Romello was found safe about 5 p.m. Thursday and was reunited with his family, police said.

Police find missing 94-year-old Houston man about 100 miles away

According to the Houston Police Department, 94-year-old Richard Terrell Jennings went missing around 6 p.m. Wednesday. Jennings last spoke to a family by phone and told that person he was stuck in traffic on Emancipation Avenue, police said. Police said a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper located Jennings in La Grange, Texas. Jennings was taken to a nearby hospital for observation, police said.

HOUSTON – Two-and-a-half days after a 21-year-old man with learning disabilities disappeared from near his west Houston home, he was found safe 20 miles away at a men’s shelter. His mother Aisha Wright said he has been diagnosed with a cognitive delay learning disability and mild autism developmental disorder. “He’s very friendly, he’s outgoing,” Wright said, but “it’s not like him to not come home.”Tuesday afternoon, Wright was passing out fliers with friends and family. The family immediately drove to the shelter and Khalen, his younger brother, Kylas, and Ms. Wright hugged and cried together. “Thank you to everybody who shared the Facebook page, thank you to everybody who texted,” Wright said, nearly in tears.

HOUSTON – A Houston woman has been missing for more than a week in Gloucester, Massachusetts, according to the Gloucester Police Department. Abbie Flynn, 59, split her time between Houston and Gloucester, friends told KPRC 2. Flynn was reported missing on Feb. 2, the same day she had planned to host a party, according to Gloucester Police Chief Ed Conley. Flynn spoke on the phone with her son around 4 p.m. the day she went missing, Conley said. Mom of 2 missing kids found in Hawaii with new husband
Police in Kauai pulled over Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell near a beachside resort on Saturday, later searching them and their car for any evidence. Still, neither Lori Vallow nor Chad Daybell have been charged or arrested in connection with the matter, Kauai police said Sunday in a prepared statement. Lori Vallow moved to eastern Idaho with the kids about a month after Charles Vallow's death. The Vallow family has ties to Hawaii, and Lori Vallow was previously listed as a registered agent for a business there, according to state records. They say they believe Charles Vallow was murdered, and said Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell had cult-like beliefs.

Missing Austin mother found dead near Jersey Village was strangled, medical examiner says
HOUSTON – An Austin woman whose body was found at a home near Jersey Village on Thursday died from strangulation, according to the website of the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. Officials at the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office later confirmed the identity of the body as Broussard and that she died from ligature strangulation. Officials believe Broussard returned her home with her baby afterward, but they have not been seen or heard from since Thursday morning.
