It happened around 1:30 a.m. when officers saw the vehicle and tried pulling the driver over, only for them to continue speeding.

According to Lt. A. Khan, with the Houston Police Department, the unidentified driver went past 100 miles per hour during the short chase until the driver crashed into another car. We’re told the occupant of that vehicle, an unidentified man in his 60s, was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Meanwhile, both people in the speeding vehicle then got out and tried to make a run for it, but were caught.

It’s unclear what charges the two individuals are facing, as of this writing, but our cameras saw them in handcuffs before getting placed in the back of a patrol car.
