Man arrested for opening fire at Galleria Mall parking garage given $200K bond

HOUSTON – A gunman accused of shooting inside the Galleria Mall parking garage is being held in jail on a $200K bond, a judge ruled Monday.

Devon Nigel Sells, 25, was arrested Wednesday, just a few days after Houston police say he fired shots inside the Galleria’s Yellow Garage a little after 1 p.m.

Fortunately, no one was injured, but court records show Sells also had previously been arrested in Hayes County on charges of Terroristic Threats and Making a False Report.
