After returning to the scene of the crash, Condara told deputies he and Creighton were in a dating relationship. After leaving a local bar, he said they had gotten into a verbal altercation while he was behind the wheel.
Condara’s F-150 pickup truck had left the road, traveling on a concrete walkway. Creighton exited the vehicle at this point, and the pickup truck struck her.
