HOUSTON – A man who had barricaded himself inside a camper at Northlake RV Resort Tuesday morning following an assault has now been taken into custody, according to Harris County Pct. 4.
Officials responded to the RV resort, located in the 1900 block of Humble Westfield Road, after a man reportedly assaulted a victim and then barricaded himself inside a camper, refusing to come out.

Shortly after 1 p.m., KPRC 2 learned that the man had been arrested.
Officials said the victim was taken to a local hospital with multiple lacerations.
The District Attorney’s Office has accepted aggravated assault charges on the suspect and a warrant is in the process of being issued.
Constable K9s and a SWAT team were on scene.
