‘Purr-fect rescue:’ Deputy rescues kitten trapped in drainage pipe in Cypress neighborhood

Cypress, Texas – A kitten is safe and sound thanks to a quick response from a Harris County deputy.

On Tuesday, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s office rescued the kitten from a drainage pipe in the 15200 block of Fairfield Falls Way.

There were no further issues, and the kitten is expected to be just fine.

“Not all heroes wear capes,” the constable’s office wrote in a social media post. “Purr-fect rescue!”
