Nicknamed Harris County John Doe, investigators estimated the man was between 15 and 20 years old. He stood about 5′4″ to 5′8″ tall, weighed around 140 pounds, and had brown eyes, short black hair, and a thin mustache.
Notable marks included a burn scar on his left hip, a vaccination scar on his left arm, and scars on both knees.
At the time, he was wearing a brown and orange long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up, brown slacks without back pockets, white socks, and black Harness boots, size 6 and a half.
Though fingerprints were collected, the young man has remained unidentified for more than four decades.
